How can I sample your scents?
We have sample melts available in all our scents. These mini candles will burn for a few minutes, just enough to release the candle’s essence.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the following countries:

Shipping costs will depend on your location. You may also be liable for import duties and local taxes, so please check your local regulations and take these into consideration when placing your order.
Do you accept returns?
We always hope that you’re completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, please let us know at info@cyreofficial.com. Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.
Can my order be gift wrapped?
All CYRE orders are shipped in our signature gift packaging. We don’t include an invoice directly in the packaging. To request your invoice please write to info@cyreofficial.com.
Are all CYRE candles non-toxic?
CYRE candles are made of premium quality natural materials and are always individually tested by certified toxicologists to ensure a clean and healthy product. Our wax is a proprietary soy blend, we use cotton wicks, and most importantly, you will never find artificial fragrances in a CYRE candle. We only use pure essential oils for the most complex and evocative scents.
Can I recycle my vessel?
Your vessel can be repurposed into whatever you can imagine. Simply place the finished candle in the fridge to allow the wax to expand and be loosened easily from the glass, and then hand wash with soap and water. The CYRE vessel is recyclable, but why recycle when you can keep it forever.
